IDF New Appraiser Training Course. 26-27 April 2024

The IDF held new appraiser training in London and this comprised both face to face training on day 1 and online training on day 2.  Prior to the course the attendees completed some preparatory work and reading.

 The course was run by MIAD and included interactive workshops and discussions. There was also specific training on the IDF Appraisal form and IDF Medical Appraisal Policy which was delivered by the IDF RO, Dr Alexandra Harkins. On the second day there was a mock appraisal assessed exercise. The appraisers who successfully completed the training course will also attend two New Appraiser Learn and Network sessions  between May and July 2024.

We are looking forward to working with our new cohort of IDF appraisers.
