Riverstone

Riverstone is a new later living concept for people over 65 who wish to live full and active lives, offering luxury apartments for sale within vibrant communities in the capital with health and wellbeing at their heart.
We have two prime residences open in Kensington and Fulham and two further residences in development in Hampstead and Chelsea.

Residents own their apartments (most of which are two or three bedrooms), and live as independently as they wish to. Should they need help, our Wellbeing team are on hand to guide, advise, and introduce them to the health or care professionals they need. 

We're proud to say that if you move to Riverstone, you will not need to move to a Care Home. 

The Riverstone wellbeing programme is designed and overseen by Dr Zoe Wyrko, a geriatrician and expert in living and ageing well. 

 Wellbeing at Riverstone is built on the evidence-based principles of a comprehensive geriatric assessment and personalised intervention plan, and the latest scientific evidence in the rapidly growing field of healthy ageing research is at the forefront of what we do.

Riverstone Kensington is home to the Riverstone Recovery Suite. A specially equipped space that’s designed to support recovery following a hospital stay, operation, illness or injury, in a luxurious, calm and relaxing setting.
